PTFE Hydrophobic Filter Anti-Microbial for Pressure Transducers

Our company manufacture and offer a wide range of inline hydrophobic filters including premium pressure line filters. The pressure line filters are hydrophobic anti-microbial filter containing hydrophobic PTFE membranes. The microporous PTFE filter membrane is a key function part which sterilize the air in the system and block moisture and microbial contaminents, preventing cross-contamination and potential damage on pressure sensor.

The Hydrophobic Anti-Microbial Filters are available in natural color and clear/blue color for easy identification. These in-line disc filters are single-use with standard female and male luer-locks, which can be attached to most cannulas easily and ensure a tight, leak-proof connection. The incorporated PTFE membrane is the best filter medium for air venting and sterilization application which can withstand much higher pressure than other types of membranes and has much better performance on corrosion resistance. And moreover, it is compatible with more types of sealing methods while other membrane like PVDF not. 

When used in hemodialysis therapy, the hydrophobic filter which by seamlessly connecting blood tubing with dialysis machines, acts as a shield blocking bacterial and other virals while allowing only sterile air to pass through, ensuring the utmost protection for both patients and equipment by preventing cross-contamination. And these anti-microbial filters have similar and proven filtration performance when used in nasal and oral cannulas, safeguarding internal pressure monitoring lines and patients from any potential contaminants.
