Syringe filters are used to help filter samples with fine particles and impurities. They work by using a membrane filter with a nominal pore size to retain the particles and impurities within the samples. We provide OEM service, so you can have your nominated color and pore sizes manufactured in our ISO certifified 100,000 class cleanrooms. Dual-layer membrane Polyethersulfone (PES) syringe filters available too, with an upper pre-filter typically made of glass fiber membrane to retain large particles and prevent blockage of the bottom main PES membrane. 

PES Syringe Filters are one of the most commonly used syringe filters, the hydrophilic PES membrane filter has an asymmetrical pore structure which provides high flow rate, low protein binding and good resistance to chemical solutions. These ready to use disposable PES filters are highly recommended for use of handling aqueous solutions, such as alkaline or organic solvent filtration of HPLC samples.

Available in two pore sizes – 0.22 and 0.45µm, custom pore size can be done.

Available in three different syringe filter diameters – 13, 25 and 33mm.

Available with a glass microfibre pre-filter which is available in both pore sizes.

Ultrasonically-welded PP housing, piece-tested to gurantee no liquid or gas leakage while being subjected to high pressure.
